The nastiest meanest most unhelpful customer service representative

I called to check on the coverage for a corona virus test because I had just received notice that I had been exposed. The representative named Lexi whom was working on Tuesday, February 9th at 1:30 p.m was mean, nasty, and acted as if asking about my coverage was the worst thing I could ever ask her. She sucked her teeth, huffed and puffed, and even muttered under her breath. I have never felt so put out and have never been treated so poorly. User's recommendation: Hang up if you get Lexi.
