The Most Horrible Online Shopping Experience Ever

I am not just a disgruntle customer. I ordered my 5 items Feb 26 2018. Here it is April 14th 2018 and i still haven't received my items yet. I have been trying to contact someone from What Wears for 1 month and change. I was in contact with a representative name lei, but every email she/he has sent to me says 3-5 days, and that i should "give it a wait". I expressed the importance of these items as i was scheduled to go out of town April 2nd. No items and $114.00 with no refund later, NOTHING. I asked for 2 weeks for a refund since these items have no arrived as yet, but to no avail, still NOTHING. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I HOPE SOMEBODY FROM THIS COMPANY CARES ENOUGH TO READ THESE COMMENTS AND MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES!!!! UPSET CONSUMER!!!! LP.
