The most horrible experience

After a year of doing business with Home away without any problem, last June 15 yapstone asked me to update my bank account, meanwhile, they put my 3 listings on hold, I did what they asked me, and they still changing reason or motive, the issue did not resolve yet, the didn't deposit my money since June 15, I have not access to my dashboard, clients are complaint because they don't see the listings , I don't receive the payments. it is crazy!!!
