Icon Legacy Custom Modular Homes is a family run company. If your looking to build a new home don't waste your time looking at them. The quality is very poor the service after you get a home is even worse. They started out as a better then average company but as the origial company founders, management and investers were forced to leave the company things have gone down hill fast. I don't know why you would invest all the time and money to start a company then hire a bunch of dip *** from other companys that were in trouble because of the same individuals.
