I had to wait for over 45 mins because the employees couldn't figure out how to service a Fleet vechile. The "manager" on duty was rude and did not seem to care to help me at all. I asked them to call the 1-800 for Fleet services to get help checking the vechile in and they refused to do so, they told me I simply did not understand how it works, even thou I've had a Fleet vechile for 5 years now. Never had any issues else where. I called my Fleet service and had them speak to the manager at the desk and they still wanted to argue with me and the Fleet company. I left and went to Pep Boys and was in and out.
