We were force to cancel our trip due to the national coronavirus, it should be understandable since nobody is allowed to travel and they wouldn't help us with the flight reimbursement because it didn't meet their covered perils on the policy. We will never use them again, we lost $2100.00 User's recommendation: absolutely not.
