whoever decided it was a good idea to send the hedge trimmer out for the customer to install the handle and safety shield step down and be replaced. most of us are not handymen, some of us are of the other gender , this hedge trimmer is next to impossible for the average person to assemble. User's recommendation: this product should come assembled , I have several of your products and this is the worst.
