We made a claim in late June 2019 for the replacement of a rear cab window on a pickup truck. Through our insurance agency, we were connected with Lynx. SIX WEEKS LATER our window was professionally replaced but only after we intervened in Lynx' continuous failure to get it done. Fault #1: We were falsely told that we could not use the dealership that sold us our truck to do the work. This was important, because NOT ONE of the companies Lynx had for us claimed they could get the late model assembly. They could not get it anywhere. Our dealer, on the other hand, had 6 on the shelf, but they denied we could use them. Faults #2-29: In the midst of making over 30 calls to try to find a place that would do this (Lynx just gave up), we had reps on the phone who put us on hold and never came back; reps who put us on hold and hung up; reps who said they were shocked at how we were being treated and would personally get to the bottom of it - who never called back. Reps who said we could NOT use our dealer, yet they could find no one who could get the window. Fault #30 I offered to purchase the assembly myself and let their contractor install it - denied. Fault #31 After the dealer replaced the wondow, THE SAME WEEK WE CALLED, they were not paid in full, causing me to now see to it that Farm Bureau/Lynx do what they are required to do: "The Right Thing" it's called, something apparently outside of Lynx' mission statement.
