This shop on bell and 67th ave was the only thing done right was to scare my wife about repairs on her kia sorento. They do a great job taking apart but not putting it back correctly. I have a dozen more examples of thier inadequate service. After the experience with brake plus I trust any shade tree machanic and a beer over brakes plus. Only purpose for Angel the manager serves is to svare the customer and identify the weakest person in the chain. Dont get me wrong my wife is very strong but when you threatened my wife safty and my kids it strikes home. The only reason we stayed with BP is we had a friend we could trust there and as soon as he left because he saw the business ethics things really went sour and I hold the manager Angle accoutable. When going into the shop he would not look me in the eye or address my questions on the phone when paying my bill.
