The Healthmaster Juicer/blender won’t work

This product was produced by Tristar Products and I haven't used my juicer since 2013 well it sat until 3/2020 and when I plugged it in nothing happened didn't light up nothing, no sound, nothing, so I looked on the back of the recipe book that came with it and found the maker, so I looked them up and called after being transferred once they wanted to exchange the healthmaster for the fusion juicer but I had to pay for shipping and handling from my home to the company in NJ and back with the juicer. I think this is not good customer service considering I paid $200.00 for the thing. They did admit that the motor was an issue and only replacing it because it has a lifetime warranty. But really they should pay for the shipping and handling not the consumer especially because they know the motor is a problem with the product. Way to go Tristar! User's recommendation: Call Tristar Products Inc. and trade the healthmaster for the infusion juicer with shipping and handling at your cost (973)287-**** I found it online.
