Person patiently explained that the FDA, along with AlgaeCal dictated the new raw calcium formula. Really? They say the max magnesium is 400mg daily and the total calcium s/b ~1200 daily. Really? You mean we dont eat any food during the day? The original formula for Raw Calcium was 800mg calcium to 400mg magnesium. My sleep was awesome. The last couple months Ive had insomnia. Now I know why. I had to add two types of magnesium to correct it. My nails stopped growing. Theyre finally growing with extra magnesium. The FDA needs to stay out of our supplements other than being sure they are clean. Now I know why big companies are swallowing up good, well known ones!! Sad and wrong!! User's recommendation: Buy an algae calcium/magnesium that has minimum 50% magnesium to calcium ratio. There are new ones up and coming!
