The guy didn’t know what he was doing he was awful as far as customer service and I’m a disabled person and now I have no water and no groceries for the next 4 days because I can’t get a hold of a sup

Because I canceled my anything I had to do with them and I am disabled on a fixed income and they still took $75 out of my account and I want it now
