I ordered car multimedia and got it faulty. I agreed to have them exchanged for the correct one and at their suggestion I sent them back the goods for a complaint. They promised to send the correct one. After that I have neither money nor goods. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or the company is constantly lying and does not want to send the goods
