The fact that thredup doesn’t have a customer service number is beyond me. I can’t get onto their website, or app. They are the only company that I have ever seen, that doesn’t have a phone number to.

What's wrong with the site, and app? Neither of them are working. I get an error message when I go onto the website. And when I click on items on the app,they just buffer. I'm so frustrated with this company. It's amazing that they don't have a customer service help center...somewhere where we can call...and actually get help from a living human being.
