From the time I got out of my car to the entrance to the cashier and throughout my dining experience was the worst it has ever been. The entire restaurant was dirty. The pizza was old and cold, the employees were all taking breaks sitting around the restaurant while the pizzas were low, old and cold. The drinks machine had lost its carbonation or flavor, I tried them all...no silverware, the employees attitude were awful. When you did make a request, their response was we will do our best. I made a salad and both ranch bottles were out, I waited a few minutes it's after letting someone know...after being there for about 45 to an hour, they had still not been filled...im very disappointed in the entire experience and feel as if the money I paid was not worth any of it. $20.00 for two people and nothing was up to par. Cullman al location needs some improvements and employees that care. I will not be back unless hints change. Worst experience I have EVER had.
