We bought furniture from The Dump in Lombard Illinois. Delivery guys damaged our hardwood floors during delivery and won't compensate us. I called many many times and they said the claim adjuster will contact us in 48 hours but a month passed and never received any phone calls or emails. When I called the customer service to report that my Hardwood floor was damaged by the delivery guy and she was very rude and argued back to me. I don’t understand why I have to deal with an unprofessional of thier worker. I complained about this person was being rude and they said the manager will call me but guess what! Nope I never hear anything or anyone try to contact us. I just want to warn people that Do Not buy any furniture from The Dump. You don’t want to face to this worst experiences like us.
