Mattress one in Port St. John needs to hire professional sales. I purchased a bed and was told I had 120 days. I did not like the mattress and went back to return it in less than a week and was told I would have to pay additional money for pickup.. I picked out another mattress as I could not get a refund. Long story short....its been a week and on my invoice states it would be delivered the 16th, that's a week after I went in and paid to have them pick up and deliver....still nothing. The kids "running" this store have no clue and no help. Call the customer support line....that is a total joke.
