The customer service was horrible, they submit the wrong info to my transunion report and they block my calls.

I have been paying on time with a monthly automatic withdraw. I tried contacting them because my balance was oddly high. They said that I was late on payments and they were fees. They then reported a false statement to the transunion and said that I still owe a much higher balance, when my balance online says an accurate number. I was just trying to build my credit score up and obviously this company was the wrong choice.
