The customer service aspect of filing an auto claim is horrible. They have the worst trained folks in the b usiness and expect you to do all the claim paperwork.

Cant get my claims specialist on the phone or even return a phone call. They drag their feet and don't care if you get any serice at all. Call a supervisor complain and you might get some small amount of service. I will be dropping them soon.
