The Customer is Always Wrong

Ordered some Worcestershire Sauce powder from them, & received an item that had an overriding flavor that was not consistent with description. There was no mention of clove in the description, yet when I complained, they blamed it on French's. I said I'd used French's WS but do not remember any huge clove flavor. They kept saying it was just as it should be, & refused to back down or even be reasonable. Finally after contacting the BBB, they said they'd give me back the amount I spent on the pound of this stuff,my it I had to spend it there. Note: to even have reasonable shipping, you have to spend at least $25. I felt they should've at least just sent an item of that amount without me having to put another large order in (like I had the time before), but they are completely uncompromising. So I ended up putting another order in (maybe I should have cut my losses before?), but had to put the "refund" in via a code, which then - not surprisingly - made me ineligible for the "free item" code that was given to everyone else at that level of purchase. You see, they made out like bandits since they really ended up only refunding me a small portion of the original purchase, & ignored my follow-up email saying they should refund me the portion I overpaid by not receiving the free item. I shouldn't have been cancelled out of that deal just because they have a crummy clove-tasting powder masquerading as Worcestershire Sauce powder. BTW, that was the ONLY reason I ended up on their site or put an order in in the first place! This is the type of company who obviously thinks "the customer is always wrong" since that's surely the message that came across loud & clear in all correspondence.
