Hello, Giorgio Armani’s customer service contacted me, and solve my problem! They have sent me a voucher and I went to the store and I could pick up a new bag! They were 100% with me, they answered my e-mails and helped me to solve my problem! I went to the store I bought my bag to ask them to fix the buckle, but they didn't want to help me. I was very upset about that, because it was a new bag and very expensive. But at the costumer service, they were very polite and they solved my problem! I am a big Armani's fan, and I will continue to buy his products!
