The *** continues!!!

Here it is April 18 and my refund still hasn't been returned. They take money out your account March 1, then say we had a computer glitch, seem to me reading these comments about this company, it's a common occurrence with them. Last Friday I was on the phone with a an operator name Shann, she said the money was already in my account since April 6, I get on a three way call with her the lady from my bank and myself, the lady told her there was no deposit in my account from their company. Now I'm being told my money would be in my account today, now I'm being told April 20. I've been promise since March 11 my money would be refunded. I've been lie to about the refund would be mailed to you, now it back to we're going to deposited back into your account. If the computer glitch is fixed as some of the supervisor say it is, why then is it my money return. You can't talk to no one else with this company, looks as if the main office is a Secret. You know what really get me about these operators and supervisor for this company, is the fact they get mad cause you call them out on their lies. I started a complaint with the CFPB maybe they can help me get my money back from these thieves!!!
