They NEVER answer there phones! I've waiting over an hour on the phone for someone to answer! I'm on hold now as I write this review. My god, Simonmed, charge the customer an extra fee and hire some people to answer your damm phones! If you people are working from home, it's even more reason they should be free to answer the phone and provide customer service. Your business sucks! and your customer service is garbage. User's recommendation: NEVER, NEVER choose Simonmed Imaging is you need image service.
