I ordered a refrigerator for my RV July 1. They said it would take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. 3 weeks and nothing. You cannot contact them by phone and any response to questions or complaints are computer generated. Approximately one month later I cancelled my order. No response or credit to my card. I then contacted my credit card company who reversed the charges and now RV Parts are claiming the refrigerator was delivered. IT WAS NOT! I googled the address of their listed address with Suite B...lol. It is a residential address. It was also the same address used for 4 other mail order businesses. TOTAL SCAM! User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. FRAUD! FRAUD! AND MORE FRAUD!
