The company is a joke

They have had my 4510 revolver for 9 months with no eta of replacement. Can't get through to CS, no escalation path, the fun was junk from purchase shooting 9" low at 10 yards. The worse purchase experience in my life and they shouldn't even be in business.Do not purchase Taurus. User's recommendation: Do not purchase Taurus.
