The Company has a HIGH TURN OVER

I am speaking on the East Central Site in West Memphis, the manager David Smith doesn't want to work, he discriminates against staff. He took over the Osceola Unit because this was interfering with him going to school. He brought two nurses from West Memphis to cover him and both Sara Flood and Megan Pannell claim there sick of it. Which these are the same nurses he assured if they would transfer he would free some people and they would have a position. This has some truth to it, because before the nurse left she bagged about what days she would work, David Smith is all about himself, he doesn't care about nurses being under staff, he is currently enrolled into a program that he will only be certified in not a actually APN and he states to the inmates a different scenario.
