The company failed to provide proper support

We recently ordered EPOS system from www.eposdirect.co.uk and some of the problems occurred after we used it. We have spoken with the reps via phone and the staff didn’t sound helpful at all. We asked them what measures to take and what to do, because the system didn’t function properly, but the staff didn’t tell anything precisely and after 2 days we requested the refund. It was waste of our time and we didn’t want to solve these problems on our own.
