I bought a cell phone from Koodo. The purpose to buy that cell phone was because I depend on a cell phone so I will not lose work hours. My supervisor called me a few times and said that I was not answering the phone. However, the phone was with all at all times. I called Koodo and they check my phone on their computer and said to me that there was nothing wrong with my cell phone. My supervisor continued saying that I was not answering the phone. At this time, other people were saying the same thing my supervisor was saying and I continued losing work hours. At this time, I went back to Koodo kiosk at the Eaton Centre in Toronto. The Koodo employee who was there at the moment ( It was on a Saturday morning) seemed a lot more interested in getting the service from another male who was there looking for information. Eventually I got the employee on duty to look at my phone and he said there was nothing wrong with my phone.Once again I heard that I was not answering my calls. Durind the short period I was with Koodo I received 2 calls from work, even though the line was really bad. I disconnected my services with koodo. I am looking into the possibility of posting it on Youtube. I strongly discourage the reader from purchasing phones from Koodo.
