I booked a room for 3 nights at a 5 star hotel in London, the Hotelless.com website said the parking at this hotel was free. When I was checking out, a fee for parking was added to my bill. I rang Hotelless, they checked my complaint and credited me the parking fee. I thought I would still make a complaint because I didn't need the aggravation. All in all the Hotelless.com staff were quite helpful but the hotel staff didn't seem interested in my complaint.
