I bought a Amcrest camera on Newegg that would not allow me to setup the Cloud Profile. I called support and they said it had already been setup. I would have to call tech support. Amcrest tech support told me they could fix the problem but it would cost me $69.00. I sent the camera back to Amcrest which was what Newegg said to do. I've been waiting to hear from them for a month now and not received any response. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Newegg and Amcrest.
