the books ordered went missing

Order number: BDM-516-[protected] Order number: BDU-536-[protected] these are the 2 subsequent orders where the books DID NOT arrived. I was hoping to get the books as a Xmas Present. Although I am a Loyal customer and has been ordering many books prior these incidents caused me frustration. May I suggest you give a tracking nos for the customer to track the location.
