What a load of utter rubbish. It only reflects upon the person making the comments. Of course if you are stupid and easily gullible you can get ripped of but you will get ripped off back in England much more quickly and easily. I have been very happily married to a Thai for about eight or nine years now. It's not always easy and there are sometimes problems but if you work together you can make a go of it. The point of TPI was to introduce you to the right kind of partner who might have a chance of making a go of it. After that though it's down to you. If you are an idiot you will always be an idiot. If you do NOT look for a lady through an Agency then you will have to rely on picking a working girl (Sopanee). Some of these young ladies are absolutely lovely (I am not talking about their looks although they are on the whole absolutely gorgeous). The problem is though that you will be taking one from a bar. There is a saying that you can take the girl out of the bar but you cannot take the bar out of the girl. There are around twenty wives in the local town. Only one has split with her partner. I know nearly all of the rest and do not know of any that are unhappy. That seems a lot better than the UK average. It is sad that your relationship did not work out but I would not base any conclusions on that. Go try again. TPI provided me an excellent service and took care of everything for me. Lawrence and Tapanee gave me honest and genuine advice and guidance. If I did not understand what my partner was saying Tapanee or one of the other ladies, who all spoke excellent English would intercede, translate, and make suggestions. Thank you Lawrence and Tapanee. I owe you a lot. I doubt my circumstances will change in the time I have left.
