Well, back in February, I just wanted a new memory card for my mobile because my own is so pitifully small, and I've been meaning to replace it for ages. I never knew that replacing it would turn into such a fiasco. In the middle of an multi-order, I put in for a new Sandisk 16GB (kinda pitiful, but it's still 2,000 songs...) with an Adaptor. Handy since I don't wanna always plug my phone in and I might still find some use for the old card. Instead, what US EcoZone sends me is a USED Sandisk 16gb Edge without an Adaptor. Naturally, I'm unhappy about it and immediately post a review and feedback. Meanwhile I contact Amazon about the bait and swap, and missing parts, while I contact US EcoZone about their return/replacement policy since they refuse without prior email. US EcoZone smarts off by telling me to take it to the BBB, which I already had since at the very least I'm leaving it on their permanent record: I'm not stupid, it's not like I'm the first person they must've done this to. Despite their high ratings, there are other people that have complained about their service too. Against my better judgment, I quickly filed an A-Z Claim with Amazon, which they also quickly honoured and refunded--too awful quickly if you ask me, particularly since they removed both my feedback and my review--but that still doesn't solve the problem: US EcoZone is stealing from people, so I followed up my BBB complaints and online submissions to the Attorney General regarding the problem (on top of the hilarious inability of the BBB to process the fact that US EcoZone and Ecozone are two different companies) with what I can so other people won't get conned by these con artists, but nothing much happens. Sitting back and playing the waiting game kinda makes me forget stuff. I've got enough other crap in my life, and I'm really terrible about checking my email as it is. Still, stuff gets dismissed so I have to resubmit to the BBB, or again to the AG, not to get something about of it myself, but simply to have it on record that US EcoZone are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves: because they are. Recently they came back with the best bit: the company is claiming that I contacted them "with unreasonable demands", attempting to get "an extra adapter" (yes, spelled that way) in an envelope so thin and beatup that would give off the imprint of an adaptor if they had bothered to include one at all in the first place. I have made no demands at all since I got my funds back: they owe Amazon the stolen money, not me. But they're so dirt stupid and mind bogglingly incompetent that they can't even keep their own story straight. Still, I've kept the junk--envelope and all--around, bagged up, and quarantined since I'm not about to let the little piece of filth do its business with my belongings. I can prove their tall tales are nothing but *** in court any blasted time they want. So now the whole world can recognize that not only is US EcoZone full of nothing but liars, thieves, swindlers, and hapless cons and bait and swap artists, they can't help but admit the truth. That's all I really care about. Protecting the populace from fools and muggers like them.
