I bought a Sentra - Nissan Car in July 2017, with Chassis No. 7401, motor No. 903784 . I have been encountering several problems with the AC and each time the Nissan service center provides a temporarily remedy to the problem. I last complained about this issue on 17/4/2021. On 10/5/2021 the AC totally stopped and it would not work. When I went to the service center they told me that the whole AC system is not functioning at all. I insisted that this is not a new problem, rather it is a matter that has been going on for years. I kindly ask you to look into this matter to guarantee your credibility and fix the damage that your authorized service center in Egypt was not able to fix at an earlier time, since I started complaining with the AC problem.
