No mention of any contract, no contract presented and/or emailed to us (yet they insist that they do this as a matter of routine). Charged me in October another $179 and never came out, I asked to cancel and they are charging me a $400.00 cancellation fee! Good lord, these people are rotten to the core. My guess is that any positive reviews are phony, this company stinks to high heaven. They flat out lie to you and then rake in cancellation fees. Really? They don't have any more faith in their product/service than that? They have to scam people to make money?
