The order was placed with delivery date of day before Thanksgiving. It was not delivered Wednesday so I called back and was going to cancel the order and I was told it would be delivered on Thanksgiving Day with 100 percent refund if not delivered on Thanksgiving. It was delivered the day after Thanksgiving and have been told that a refund will not be issued and that a small discount would be issued on the next order. I have explained that I was assured 3 times that a 100 percent refund would be issued if not delivered on time and now that is not being honored along with the fact that they were delivered after the holiday which was to be a centerpiece for the Thanksgiving Table. Spending frustrating time on the phone not getting anywhere with representatives and no refund being issued.
