It was a multi-connect flight – 3 aircraft and 2 transfers. When the flight of the previous airline was late, at the right time, an employee of Scoot Tigerair helped me, understood my situation, checked in without a queue and took the fast road to landing. Thank you very much, I managed to get on my plane!

Yes sometimes the efficiency of the staff is surprising. Once I flew through Frankfurt, they generally take passengers through some moves made especially for those who have too short a pause between flights. It’s cool you can be sure that you won’t be late. It seems to me that they try not to make short transfers.
