Thank you for the prompt assistance in boarding the plane

It was a multi-connect flight – 3 aircraft and 2 transfers. When the flight of the previous airline was late, at the right time, an employee of Scoot Tigerair helped me, understood my situation, checked in without a queue and took the fast road to landing. Thank you very much, I managed to get on my plane!

Yes sometimes the efficiency of the staff is surprising. Once I flew through Frankfurt, they generally take passengers through some moves made especially for those who have too short a pause between flights. It's cool you can be sure that you won’t be late. It seems to me that they try not to make short transfers.

Somehow they didn’t want to take my luggage, because I was kind of late, although I was not late, it was still 50 minutes before departure, but they continued to insist and didn't take me on board, and so I didn't fly to Kansas. Now, on principle, I do not fly with these airlines.
