We purchased six theater seats from 4seating.com recently, and as my husband was assembling them, he insisted we had been sent two wrong seats (left vs. right). After spending about half an hour trying to change the configuration so that all the seats fit correctly, we just couldn't figure it out. Needless to say, by the time I called 4seating.com (thank God they're available on Sunday!) and spoke to Fernando Reyes, I was at my wits end and not in a very good mood. However, Fernando was very professional and courteous, and he calmly explained to my husband how to switch the seats around so that he had the exact configuration. Dubious at first, we had our seats properly set up five minutes later! Thank you Fernando, you were very gracious and helpful, but most of all, you knew how to tactfully turn a frustrated conversation into a calm one.
