My wife last name was incorrect in the booking. I booked round trip from Trivandrum to Chicago. April 23rd 2019 travelled from Trivandrum to Chicago, no one found the error and allowed to Travel. 15th July 2019 is return flight. I reached airport with my wife and while check-in they found there is an error in name. They did not help to me and stopped my travel. I was helpless and they kept saying manager will come and talk to you till end. After 3 hrs wait just 45 mins before flight schedule the same lady said she cannot issue boarding pass and left us in airport. Contacted customer service they said it’s booked for 16th July 2019, we are investigating the matter. Later again contacted customer service now they say I have to pay fair difference of 3000 dollar. This is a fault from Etihad at Trivandrum when traveling to Chicago. Now it’s a return travel and Etihad is killing my life at Chicago. I am a senior citizen 72+ years. Can Etihad help me ?
