between march and april I was without texting service, for 45 days. after numerous calls, 5 to be precise it was fixed. now 5/30/2020 I have been without texting service again. I am done waiting on the phone for troubleshooting, 30-45 min. I should of been compensated for the first 45 days[ something,] I have 24 service days left on my phone. I plan on going to straighttalk. after 10plus years of loyalty I think its time to move on.
