I go to Plato's Closet in Merrillville, IN. I signed up for their text messages & rewards points. They're constantly blowing my phone up with messages. I get a message that says, " Buy one Get one 50% off your next visit expires 6/26" SO, I rush to the store for this. I gather all my merchindise. Then at checkout they tell me it only applies to one item. Wtf is that! That is NOT what the text said. I also got a text that said, " 90% off Clearance" Does that only apply to one item? Then I got another text that said, "Double Points off on your next visit expires 6/27" Does that only apply to one item? That is misleading and FALSE ADVERSTISING! I spoke to the President/CEO of the Merrilliville store, Zack Cain for over 30 minutes via phone while I was in the store and he refused to stand behind the wording of the text messages they are sending out. It does NOT say on one item only. That is bait & switch tactics.
