tesco’s poor online service

I placed an order for 24/2/17 2 p.m to 4 p.m order no. is [protected], however i waited until 5 p.m the delivery still had not turn up. I called tesco customer service at 5.05p.m and she told me she can do nothing since the order was cancelled due to stock unavailability. I told her nobody bothered to call me to inform about the order. All she said is nothing she can do because stock is out and order cancelled. They also never bothered to replace another product with similar quality and price. The product I ordered was a bag of 10KG dog food because I have no car at home at the time and cannot go out to buy it myself. My poor dog was so hungry I have to feed him with human food which is bad for his health! tesco was so irresponsible and this quality of service is unacceptable!
