Terrrible Sevice

Our service was discontinued by Optimum in error. They will not admit they made a mistake. We struggled for 2 days and countless phone calls trying to get our service restarted. They accused us of bouncing a check which was not the case. The people at Optimum do not know how to talk to customers. They dig in their heels and make no con-cessions. I imagine their imperious attitude start at the top. Without a thorough change in the corporate management this company is going to go down. Up until several years ago the service was actually quite good at Optimum. I am not sure what has happened to this company.
