My bank statement is showing 107.50 GBP purchased in error from LookFantastic for perfume by Jo Malone. Date of purchase 5th November. A perfume that causes me headache. I called in to ask for an exchange. I was told, it's a personal thing and not their responsibility. The bottle has not been open, that has not been taken out of its box, yet won't exchange. I cannot get to them by phone and difficult to get them on Live Chat. It's not OK by me, and I will cancel my registration. A company that will not abide by its rules it's not worth its salt. User's recommendation: Never.
