Terrible withdrawal and deposit policies

Due to the fact that OceanFirst can't manage transactions in their customer accounts, I got hit with a negative balance fee due to a technicality. On my end everything looked good, on their end I had a negative balance because THEY delayed in submitting a deposit I had put in three days before. After complaining, they did not back down from the fee. Absolutely ridiculous.
