I ordered a pair of shoes and confirmed the order as requested. Several weeks later, I received the wrong pair of shoes. I contacted the customer service representative (Clare) and was told to be understanding, try to sell the shoes myself and I would get “compensated” after doing so!!! WTH! After several emails, I continue to be told to be understanding. I have now threatened to contact my attorney if I don’t get a refund. They are completely incompetent and I would never make a purchase from this website again.
