I received a coupon for ten % off. they said because I am a good customer. went into a store to use and could not because it was not usable for sale items. everything was 50 to 70% off. I complained to customer service and received a gift certificate for twenty dollars to be used only online I picked out three items online and the next day received an email that they could not fill my order. totally frustrating and degrading experience. will shop elsewhere.
