Terrible wait time

I came in on a Wednesday and picked my tires, set up all the paper work and made an appointment for Friday at 11am. Got here on time. My car did not enter garage until 1152. It is now 110 pm and I’m still waiting for my car. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored. Ridiculous! This is a 1 hour job. It will be almost 3 hours before I get out of here.
