TERRIBLE Vendor

I have been a customer since 2005 (and a customer of their predecessor (BigZoo.com) since 2000. I no longer need their service. I have emailed them TEN TIMES since 02/03/2019, asking for a refund. Never received a response. I am on hold now. It's been 30 minutes. This vendor is crap. DO NOT USE THEM. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM!
