Terrible, unresponsive, not taking responsibility at all

Ordered some sausage sandwiches on 9/23/19 to be delivered. Their delivery service choice is 'Door Dash' which would be 15 minute drive tio us. After an hour I called to inquire and was told "We gave it to the Door Dash driver 45 minutes ago. Just wait. After almost 2 hours I called again and I was told: "Well we did our part and gave it to the driver - now it is baby - Nothing we can do". Since Door Dash is their choice I begged to differ to no avail. They said they would contact Door Dash and call me back which of course never happened. What a lousy bunch.
